Blade: I think keeping things as is is fine. There really is no reason to keep hammering on the survivor nerfs if they are not needed. I would agree with m0de that HR accuracy needs to be reduced when pulled though.

The tournament being held by L4DNation will cater to all nationalities, and will not be USA specific, meaning people who are not in the US can participate. However, there will be rules in place for the matches that only allow matches to be played on US servers, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both teams to play on a server located elsewhere.
