That's right, boys and girls! Your favorite nomadic video-game focused music room is back at a whole new site! Come join in the fun again!

This is an announcement to inform those of you who haven't checked in lately: Turntable.fm will be shutting down on December 2nd. It's been a long, slow death with the removal of uploads being the end for more than a few of you. If you wanna come squeeze in a few more days of video game tunes with us on Turntable, please do so. Come play your old favorites and help us go out with a bang.

We would like to just say thank you to all our regulars, semi-regulars, and old visitors who haven't been in for a while. Thanks to you all, we've managed to create a great community. We've consistently been one of the more active turntable rooms and it's been a lot of fun, to say the least.

So where do we go from here? Well, when one door closes, another one opens so we're currently trying to migrate everyone over to plug.dj. It's a similar service that allows you to use YouTube videos to play music instead of uploading songs directly. There are plenty of options for us using YouTube (and SoundCloud) so it should work out pretty well. Please note however, that plug.dj is currently dealing with the mass migration of a lot of turntable users so things are pretty spotty right now, but the staff has been very responsive and open about what they're working on.
