Sorry for being a little bit late on this, but there's good news. Rockstar recently had a job listing that said, "Rockstar Leeds are currently looking for a talented graphics programmer to help bring our latest titles to the PC platform. Working together with the other Rockstar studios, you will be responsible for maintaining the studio’s uncompromising quality bar, delivering the highest quality PC experience possible."

Whether this means GTA V, other future projects, and/or Red Dead Redemption(NEVER GIVE UP) remains to be seen, but I think it's fair to say GTA V for PC is happening...
