We are planning to host Tournaments in this Group soon.
Therefore please comment below what u think what rules should be apllied in general and especially what units have to be restricted. Fist goals of the tournamnets should be to get a feeling for the comp MP regarding TW WH. Also comment if u prefer a couple of smaller flashes the following weeks or a usual single elmimination Tourn .

Throughout the last 24 hours, many of you probably have read or talked about the Forum post in the Russian Clancommunity forum initiated by
VM_Arja aka Stradomski.

During that discussion, many VOD players have been accused of different things such as using Bots or Fake-Accounts. To make it short: Stradomski tracked the IP of the tournament registrations of certain VOD players or VOD affiliates, namely {V.O.D}_AktheLegend, {V.O.D}_HunnicWarrior, {V.O.D}_Crixius, {V.O.D}_BloodLeopard and jmbusines and Gannicus.

He presented evidence to support his claim that the listed individuals are the same person and therefore accused the VOD Clan of cheating. During the following discussion though, the accusations often changed so we now will breakdown every single accusation present to our intern point of view.

We both know the accused VOD players over an extended period of time now and we could say that we have a decent knowledge about each person, however we do not have that knowledge about jmbusines and Gannicus, since they are not our clanmates. So we went into the discussion with a clear bias since we trust our clanmates and we then confronted them in personal chats and talks to clarify if we are on the correct side. During those talks, we got confronted by many laughable accusations that couldn't be farer from the truth and we want to distinguish them from the reasonable evidence.

1. What was the initial motive to investigate and track down the IP's of the forum registrations of certain players? In order to do such research, there obviously needs to be some background story to it that wasn't explained at all in the forum.

2. Stradomski: "We have some problems with clan V.O.D. and player named Blood Leopard first. We think he and few other players are bots."
- That accusation is solely based on the fact that he tracked the IP's of forum registrations, not from Steam-Accounts. Stradomski seems to have noticed that on his own because all the listed players have shown the same IP's however he mainly accuses Blood Leopard of being a Bot.
(Because AK and Hil simply logged into their forum accounts to register for them, however they did not log into their steam accounts. Same counts for Diplomatts forum where they logged into the same forum account==> therefore same ip)

- The accusation of people being a bot is laughable, you can even look at screenshots proving that they played together/against each other multiple times in the forum and you can also ask them to assemble all together in voice chat if you like. (Or watch videos of them playing or just IP-track them on yourn own, they'll have different IP's)

- So what other evidence do you demand? Why for example would Blood Leopard participate in a tournament where the so claimed "real account" of AK or Hil isn't even participating? Doesn't that eliminate the only reason of having a bot-account? (And even winning the tournament where there isn't even pricemoney)

In that linked tournament, you can see Blood Leopard participating in a tournament where neither Hil or AK are even registered. Whats the point in doing that? He also beated several VOD members including our beloved JaviRamos, which is unreasonable to do for him. There is simply no incentive which weakens the whole argument.

==> Why is Blood Leopard accused? Because Stradomski presented a screenshot of a steam-chat between him and Blood Leopard where he sent him an IP fishing link and he showed the result which came to the same conclusion, that a guy that clicked the link is living in Montreal, Canada.

- But why is that the case? Blood Leopard is from France right? Indeed, Blood Leopard is a real person living in France. You can tell that he is not an alternative account by the way he plays the games Rome 2 and Attila. Anyone that has played him in tournaments can tell that Blood Leopard has a greater Skill in Attila than AK and HunnicWarrior but less skill/talent in Rome 2, which he didn't play that often. The way he speaks french also differs from the canadian french.

- Blood Leopard simply is a lazy person that doesn't trust many people on the internet, so he asked AK about the link that Stradomski sent him and it seems that Ak clicked on it about 5 hours later (The time is shown in Stradomskis screenshot, so he didn't click on it instantly)

- The only reasonable evidence against Blood Leopard is the fact that he doesn't seem to own Rome 2 or Attila and it seems that he uses it through family sharing. However we cannot tell from which account he is using it, it could be just an older account of himself. (We can ask him about that later on)

3. First thing to be clear now, we all agree that Blood Leopard is a person in France, you can try to ip-track himself if you can and he agrees to be clear. The only point left for discussion is whether Blood Leopard (or an unidentified account-sharer) actually clicked on the link or whether he just simply sent the chat to AK to ask him about the link during which AK then clicked on it to check for him as we claim. (Note that blood leopard is always very suspicious about links he doesn't know and his english skills are very limited). Stradomski just faking the screenshot is the last of 3 options. Neither of those theories can be proven, therefore the screenshot doesn't prove anything relevant.

4. Some "smart" people argued that he isn't from France because he didn't even know his own timezone. He said GMT+2 although the current time is GMT+1. They seem to forget that the time is switching from GMT+1 to GMT+2 each Summer and Winter Period. And too, notice please that AK signed up Blood Leopard, which makes the whole thing ridiculous anyway.

During the process of discussion, the accusations have switched many times. Certain people like "Diplomatt" who openly admitted to dislike {V.O.D}_AktheLegend in person due to a criticism of his character continued to push forward anything possible to blame the suspected people. It is also worth noticing that Diplomatt is himself part of a lot of Drama in the TW Community which is the same accusation he throws into AK's face. He even went on by excluding every single one of the suspected VOD and non-VOD players from his WOLF tournament group, which speaks against all evidence presented and is a very unprofessional and unjustifiable move. If at some point some real evidence is given against specific players, we would welcome to see that evidence and then support excluding the blamed players, however without any real evidence we cannot do that. Even if 2 players would use each others accounts, you could not justify banning the other 3.
Hil and AK should be out of the discussion since the evidence hasn't proven to be necessarily true and to be honest I dont even know how Crixius came into that whole thing, his only relation to the whole conflict is that he did let himself get written in by AK in the forum for a tournament. Lmao, good job by banning them <Sarcasm>
If we truly believed or had 100% proof that AK or any other VOD member are having fake-accounts or shared accounts, trust us, we would instantly ban them from our clan and work on rebuildung our liability, however we do not believe it.
