Like so many others, got randomly banned for not playing in a while. Played since initial release, lost level cap main and several alts, as well as all the cash store things I mistakenly bought way back when I thought Aeria were worth supporting. My friends all lost their accounts too, pretty much my entire clan I believe. With no warning. For not logging in for a while. Yet I still get sent emails about cash store offers :'D
10/10 classic Aeria Games.

Lost the disc to this game years ago and was delighted to find out it was on steam. Just amazing as I remember it. A very fun and addicting game with so many unique characters, interesting locations, and little details that make it just perfect. There's even a POV of your haunters so you can watch through their eyes as they cause mayhem. Incredibly under appreciated game, could not recommend it more.

I adore this game and have become completely addicted to it. Incredibly beautiful scenery that's an amazing experience to fight through and explore, with interesting (but not completely frustrating) puzzles. It's just a shame that beautiful scenery is so often missed because I spend most of my time in new areas staring at the walls searching for some of the games many hidden secrets :'D

Gave it a try in the closed beta. Wasn't impressed. Gave it another try now it's on steam. Still not impressed. Character creation is seriously lacking with very few options. And gender locks exist on the classes... for some reason. The controls are wonky, and the animation and graphics, while not really bad, don't exactly stand out as amazing either. Add onto that the fact that Aeria Games - a company that has proven many times in the past they will sink incredibly low to milk money from players - is the publisher, and I think i'll stay well away.

At first view this seemed kind of cringy, with bad voice acting and repetitive music. The protagonist also seems to be... well... kind of dumb, discarding objects after one use for seemingly no reason, when they could easily come in useful again later. However, so far i'm finding it oddly addicting. I've played hidden object games before of course, however it isn't a genre i'm usually interested in. This is different though, adding in the very interesting mechanics of being able to time travel and see your changes in the past reflected in the future. There's also sometimes quite a delay between finding an item and being able to use it, or vice versa, giving that lovely eureka feeling of "OH I remember what I do with this". The puzzles aren't too difficult, just enough to make you think but not enough to frustrate you, with lots of variety in the types of puzzles you have to solve, ranging from simple "find these items" to connecting fuses in a way that reminds me a little of Bioshock's pipe puzzles. This game ended up surprised me in being a lovely game to play casually to wind down in the evenings.
