I wanted to like the game, truly did. I like the context menus for writing offenses and the method of dealing with perps. My issue comes in with combat / chases and other actions that just come out as clunky with not very fluid controls. Seeing as this is a central component it ruins the game entirely.

Honestly very addicting game, although it has ways to go in development its early state does show progress and is playable.

Its a good mix between train specific operation and more so managing the railroad itself.

Personally I think this game is too clunky when it comes to city expansion and zoning which a city builder needs to be more fun in this category. Yes you can customize the size of the zones but when placing zones or buildings sometimes the ghost foot print doesn't always display properly.

I will give them props for interesting ideas and thats why I ultimately wanted to try to the game.
