Gmod will be forever the worst game ever on steam to believe in the false DMCA claims from Nintendo, This showed that Garry doesn't care about us fans using his game and just Believe in these were legit claims!

I do not recommend this game or support devs that claim these were legit DMCA takedowns!

I also removed Garry's Mod from my steam account and I do not wish to purchase it ever.

If you're here for Nintendo Content making on gmod....avoid this as they're removing 20 years of content now.

This game is just a funny way to do surgeries with any tool on hand like bash out the ribs with a hammer or drill them out. I have too much fun trying to be a "normal" surgeon and complete these. I highly recommened this game if you like to kill bob for no reason or do surgeries on him.

KABOOM! Fun and a perfect time waster or just play and cause mayhem and it's pretty fun too.
