It's enjoyable but I can't recommend it with its current perk system. A PvP game like this with grind to obtain perks never sits well with me. It always ends up turning away new players, and leaves people feeling cheated not knowing why they lost fights- not knowing it's due to some invisible advantage they haven't acquired yet.

Not only do skilled players have an advantage through skill- but they have perks on top of that. It shouldn't be locked behind grind. Keep that to cosmetics and then I'll change the review. <3

Real neat party game! It's pretty easy to pick up, love the art and characters in the game. If it had modding support it'd be perfect with the sheer amount of replayability it'd add via custom characters, map alterations, fixes, and balancing. But as it is now I'd recommend it-- especially if your friends that you'd play it with have DLCs or you end up enjoying it enough with the base cast (in your first 2 hours). It gives plenty of ways to influence the state of a game, whether you want to have fun through causing chaos to the detriment of everyone else, sneak a victory in by playing it safe, burning bright and blitzing the castle, rushing settlements, etc. Lots of fun even when losing, in my opinion.

If you're playing it with randoms, I can't comment.

Yordana is peak fun if you want to be a pest though. <3

Perfect coffee break game with Hurry mode option (15 minute runs).
And a lovely little game to play 30 minute runs of (with Hyper/Arcanas ticked).
