Only game I've really played since about 2017. The social/leadership aspect is the most unique and engaging aspect of this game and why I would recommend it.

Really don't like the tier-progression in this game; progression is basically just earning points to inflate stats, and since you're locked in a tier until you're able to upgrade tech specialization is basically impossible (ex. I wanted to specialize in fast, lightweight aircraft; I need to buy out every item for a given technology tier to even get aircraft components and therefore cannot).

would much prefer a "no given component is superior to any other; only different" model instead of the current "play for 5 hours to get the best gear".

tl;dr pay to win sucks
