This trash crosshair software is just a tool to make everyone who uses it a billboard. You can't hide it from Steam, it shows as "hours played" on your profile. The dev lies to people in replies, saying it is to "prevent piracy," as if everyone doesn't already know that being on Steam don't do ♥♥♥♥ to prevent piracy.

This is a scummy business tactic. I have already been shafted with 6 hours on this pos before I realized what it was doing, so I can't refund (probably intended, TBH). But I will not be a billboard. I will buy another crosshair program from someone else directly so that I don't have to be used as a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ad.

Played this game on Game Pass for many years, they raised their price so I bought it on steam on sale, and now ive spent more money with the game on cosmetics. Glad to support this game.

One of those games that you come back to over and over again, I probably played 2k hours before I bought it on steam, I've been playing it off and on since it first came out, I am about to start playing it again now is why I was prompted to finally leave this review. If you are on the fence about this one, jump off the fence and buy it, if you for some reason do not like it, you will know before the 2 hour refund window. Have a blast!

Good game in the start, falls off late game because of terrible QoL features, becomes an inventory/storage/item management simulator with no time to do anything but manage your inventory, and God forbid you want to craft something... i still give it a thumbs up because its cheap and i got my money's worth out of it when i got it on sale, 12 hours for 5 bucks pretty good trade

It was a really good game until it got into a crash cycle. Every time I returned to the home base area, it would crash. The home base is very small, I might add. I tried lowering all the graphics settings, etc. I will change my review to positive once this game gets a little further along in development.

They have taken the best features from several games, even systems from some mods in other popular games in the genre and put them all in a pretty package, the game is fun the progression is fun, has a lot of content for being early access, the development seems active. I have high hopes for this game.

Game had much potential but the only thing that gets updated is new dlc packs, always beware if DLC is added to an Early Access title, didnt even finish the game and already asking for more money is a big red flag, last update (as of the time of this writing) Gloomrot was almost a year ago and it didnt even add much to the game, they didnt even bother with a Christmas newletter much less any updates, game is likely dead .. ironic... Also the camera and controls are complete trash which doesnt help matters much
