If you're thinking of purchasing this game to try it out before the new one comes out, think again. The game is good but ever since EA changed from Origin to their new "EA App" the game for me and many other simply won't launch. The only way I can play this game now is via the high seas, which I recommend to anyone else that wants to play this game.

Great game completely free to play no paying for parts, it's not a pay to win game. 100% fair. 10/10
