A级：职业药抗对抗
S级：队友队友队友

攻略：「有那么一类特殊感染者，伪装成生还者的样子，潜伏在生还者身边，在最意想不到的时候给予生还者痛击，输出高的离谱。若偷袭不成没有秒掉生还者，很有可能会假装救人，给予受害者一个医疗包或者物资，得到信任后会再次视机而动，寻找能秒掉生还者的下一个机会。」

若符合上述条件，就是遇到了最强力的特感，不要犹豫，立刻开枪将它杀死。但仅仅是这样，还无法彻底杀死它，要根除，便需要房间里生还者玩家团结起来共同配合，选中特感的名字，发起投票√ √ √ ×，方可以将此类特殊感染者彻底杀死。
