I think the greatest appeal this game has is the weight behind all of your actions. In a match of CoD, once the game ends your KD means nothing. But with how long wars in Foxhole last, every enemy you fell, building you create or supply run you make adds up into your contribution to the war.
By the end of a conflict, you have a library of experiences and stories unique to you.
