Tons of stuff to do in game. It does seem sort of crafting centric, but that's ok by me. The combat is engaging and exciting. i nearly pooped when a giant bug spawned from a rock i had just collected. There are some interface inconsistencies that are frustrating, and it is hard to remember all of the things that are happening at once. Overall though, definitely worth playing!

There's quite a lot more depth here than the first game. I was a bit disappointed that cities couldn't carry over, but it is understandable as tile sizes are totally different. Also, they nerfed solar power, so those plants are no longer useful. It looks like gas and wind are favored in this version. Its been fun experimenting with the various new industrial areas. The trade between cities seems to be a lot more dynamic now, too.

Really deep game, getting things running perfect, there is ALWAYS something that has been overlooked. It does take a long time for stuff to happen, so the sandbox mode is definitely helpful, especially when learning. This game has a little bit of everything.

This game, is The Old Republic Part III, IV, V, and VI. If you are waiting on a sequel to The Old Republic games, this is it. Bioware wove the tale while respecting the original lore. If you're looking for an MMO, however, you may be disappointed. The game is more a single player MMO, if that makes any sense. There's guilds and player crafting, as well as complex NPC encounters (flashpoints, operations, etc) that require grouping, but thats about the extent of it. This game is definitely not the successor to Galaxies, the previous Star Wars MMO. That game was much more a sandbox experience replete with player cities, player vendors, entertainers, and more. Sadly, none of those features made the jump.

This game feels more like the successor to SimCity than anything EA has produced in recent memory. It is sad to see the original fall into disrepair and get used for microtransaction nonsense. Skylines has been great fun so far, and easily fills the shoes left behind when SimCity was what it was supposed to be.
