a lot of bugs, especially in the engine building stuff, almost all the time it won't let install aux shaft, rockers and spark plugs.

other than the bugs, it's a good game already

Doesn't recognise VNM V1 pedals at all. So it's unfortunately straight up unplayable for me at launch. So at this point i'm just waiting for the fix. Can't recommend it yet.

EDIT: VNM simulations provided a fix for it, works now perfectly fine.
Now that i've been able to drive some while, i can say the game feels good. It has some issues with the physics and some graphics stuff, but it's in Early access V0.2 so it's understandable.

About the physics:
Some cars feels really good, some way too slippery.
Before 0.2 the game had weird braking issues, they are mostly now gone, which is good.
I noticed a lot of cars lack of preload in the diffs and are quite soft on default, which ruins the driving dynamics of the cars. Especially felt that with the i20 Rally2 and some of the RWD cars like the Stratos.
With proper setup the cars feel much better, but default settings sometimes feels too underperforming.
So far my favourite is the 131 Abarth, it feels nice to drive, feels very alive.
About the tires: they mostly feel fine, but if you go over the limit they start to feel extremely overly slippy, like driving on ice with slicks. Sometimes it feels like the cars don't have any side grip at all.
You can really feel it on the Rally4 and Rally2 cars.

FFB feels nicely detailed and realistic, have no complaints about that.

Sounds could be a lot better. I noticed some of the cars don't even sound close to their real life counterparts, like the Xsara WRC. The revlimiters sounds in my opinion horrible right now on all of the cars.
The sound is a very important factor so that kind of kills the mood slightly, but i've heard worse car sounds in my life (Ahem all the Kylotonn / Nacon WRC games).

Stages are fun and they look realistic. I absolutely love the laser scanned stages.
You can feel a lot of the bumps on the road.
However we need more of them, which they will provide later.
Right now there is not that many stages yet, so not a lot to do content wise for now, but thats fine.

Overall i can definitely recommend it now. Just be aware the game is content wise very barebones and definitely is not finished yet.
Is it worth of 30 bucks? Yes and no, there is no right answer to that yet. With more content later on, it definitely is.

Can't simply recommend this game, at least at this state.
It's always online. Graphics are like the game was from PS3 era, just badly upscaled. Car models are inaccurate, they are quite lazy, low poly models with wrong proportions. Even worse than Forza Motorsport models that are over 10 years old. There are plently of older games that looks 1000 times better (like Driveclub for example, older need for speeds like NFS 2015 etc.)
Graphics optimization is non-existent. This game, with these graphics, should easily run 4k 120 fps with top end PC's. Getting under 60fps on 1440p with RTX 4080, 64GB of 6000mhz ram and i7 13700k running at 5,4GHz is a JOKE. There's also a lot of artifacting on shadows and sometimes on buildings and as far as i know as a nerd, my PC runs perfectly fine and my friends has had same issues.
Career mode feels quite dull and generic.
There are so many elements missing that makes Test Drive Unlimited games a true Test Drive Unlimited games, yet they are missing from this game completely. In original TDU you had to buy house at the start of the game. You had to drive into a dealership with a rental car to buy your first ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
In this game, you just teleport to a dealership from a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hotel, like what in the sweet home alabama tarnation is that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
So far this game feels a forza horizon game from a Temu, a bad knock off.
The game simply sometimes refuses to work with my Moza wheelbase.
I connect my wheelbase and try to play the game. I try to use my keyboard to walk. NOPE, can only move sideways. Then i shut down my Moza wheelbase. Then it let's me move forward.
Then when i finally get to go and drive the car, either it doesn't recognise my Moza wheelbase at all at that point, or then it very suddenly stops working in the middle of the race or driving in general, and wheelbase itself works perfectly fine.
Then if i move a mouse, it disconnects my wheelbase and to get it working again, i have to restart my base.

there's very little variation when it comes to car selection. we want more low power ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, more exotic, non-sports car vehicles.
right now, the car selection too heavily focuses on supercars.
also in general, we need more cars, a lot more.
also we need better car dealerships. right now, they feel overly futuristic and feel like some weirds showcase place of cars, not a proper car dealerships.

AI is very inconsistent. Sometimes they are so easy and falls a kilometer behind, sometimes they rubberband like maniacs and i cannot catch them even if i cut the corners like a crazy.

Then there's the online only problems. constant problems with the connections. sometimes i can't even enter the game, because of the server issues.

There are few things i like though. Driving physics are nice, force feedback feels nice (when it let's me to drive with the Moza wheelbase).
