A lot of fun with friends. The campaigns are lots of fun, even if they're a little over the top, but its a game, not a history book, so I guess the red tides jokes and the Soviets killing their own men stuff can be passed. Vanilla or with mods like Wikinger is lots of fun to play with friends, and the cover system is very good, along with the True Sight system. It's fun to have a smaller focused game compared to titles like Wargame. Rather than one huge front, you fight on a small battle in a town or smaller. It focuses on infantry combat with armoured support. Very good game.

I did get the base game for free, but bought most of the DLCs.

Amazing. There's hours of gameplay in Voyageur/Stalker. Then you can try Interloper.

Awesome game. Fun standalone vanilla, if you get bored, install the countless mods that exist.
