Anyways this game is easily one of the greatest games ever made. The story has you invested and keeps me on the edge of my seat and ready to cry at how amazing it is, and the combat is absolutely insane, it feels SO good to practice and improve at and mastering it is very rewarding.

This game feels SO good to play, I just wish it didn't have so many railroad sections where your Seikret can basically only go within an unnecessarily narrow and nondelineated part of the map to follow NPCs and it hurts mentally to deal with.

This is an amazing game marred by a developer who doesn't know how to make a functional account system. It's next to impossible to log into the game because my password only ever works once and changing it takes HOURS to get the systems to work. Then the game tries to update on launch every time and instead manages to corrupt data files that take 60 seconds to "recheck" instead of *fixing* the issue. Great game, don't play it unless the developers learn to get themselves together and make the backend non-game stuff work properly.

By the way, it's actually worse because when you reset your password your account becomes inaccessible because the new password hasn't applied but the old password, if you remember it, also doesn't work anymore. Great work Standing Stone Games, find a new day job and let someone else who knows what they're doing make this system.

I'll update this review IF the developers ever fix these issues, since they're issues that shouldn't even be possible for an MMO developed by anyone who has ever made an account system or update system.

EDIT: I just made a new account because that worked for some reason and DIDN'T take 6 years so. Just don't ever change your password!

If you like CRPGs, Warhammer 40k, or SciFi/RPGs in general, play this game. It is absolutely amazing. There's a ton of depth, too many options to count, and it's just one of the best games I've ever played.

Most importantly, you can pet the cat.

Also, the class system isn't as bad as I expected it would be and the game feels pretty decent so. Yeah, it's free so just try it out, I think it's fun.

I will say it's super weird that the English grammar in the game text is often wonky at best, considering Andrew Gower is British and a native English speaker.

The class system changing between areas isn't necessarily BAD but it also isn't good. I see where the idea was coming from, but I don't think it should have been implemented as the idea doesn't really work for an MMO.

Fun game. Will not recommend unless the devs allow changing character gender. I've been out as trans for years and am stuck with a character of the wrong gender.

So I wrote this review at about 15 minutes of playtime and..... legitimately one of my favorite games of all time, so easily. The retro vibe, the SOUNDTRACK above all else.... please......... I want more

You think you know good games? No you don't. Play this. You want a great story? Play this multiple times. Interesting characters? Go talk to Karlach, or Shadowheart, or Astarion, or really any of these characters. You want fun combat that makes you think? Great, go fight a mindflayer. You want to avoid combat using your wits? Well shoot, go for it! Seriously there aren't words for recommending this game. Just go play it and you'll see.

I expected this to be bad, as AI can't give a story the creativity humans can, but it was worse than I imagined. New tech is cool, but this is just not something I can get behind. Let humans tell the stories. Besides, the voice detection is wonky, the voices don't match the characters (my friend got different voices for the characters than I did, even, and none of them sound right), and the AI doesn't understand responses in the slightest. This is pretty abysmal and I hope other devs (and Inworld) learn from this and don't continue game development in this direction.

I managed to put 2 hours into this game before realizing Dani made it, and I had just stumbled across it on Steam. I love it, it's great with friends, and it's the definition of Dani's game style in my opinion. The intentionally "underdeveloped" game that manages to be a ton of excellent fun with a lot of hilarity. If you're looking for a fun survival game to play with your friends but also have some difficulty, I absolutely recommend Muck. My friends and I have been vibing in it.
