The game is fun but don't get it at full price. It's a lot like Digimon World 1 in terms of gameplay mechanics and probably my biggest gripe with it would be that enemy digimon levels don't really make sense in terms of scaling. It's better to rely on what color the enemy UI to see if you can fight them and win or not. Blue is easy, white is challenging, and red could possibly mean certain death.

Probably the most important thing you need to know is that battle training is the best way to level up your digimon stats when they're rookies. Ideally desync your digimon's lives (I left one as a ultimate while the other was a mega to do that) so you can have a mega that can fight way higher levels than your rookie ever could on their own and they can just get all the exp easy. Power leveling is key if you want to beat just about everything as training at the gym eats through your digimon's life span faster.

The game is amazing and definitely worth the cost. I just finished everything and while the game is challenging it doesn't feel unfair as everyone including the character you play as dies in one hit. I do like how the update added some more enemy mob and boss variety but don't expect too much from the new items as I found myself mostly sticking to the items from the original release.

Personally I recommend setting the reload key to the middle mouse button or shift as you will usually find yourself doing lots of partial reloads to keep up with the amount of enemies coming at you on higher waves and you want to waste as little time asap when reloading.

I've been playing this quite a lot since I got my new graphics card and while it is a little bit repetitive theres enough variation going on that I can usually play this for hours. You don't have to know anything about cars (I sure as hell don't) but you can learn a lot about how a car works just by playing this game. It probably won't teach you how to become an actual car mechanic because things are simplified for the sake of gameplay like the gearbox's in this game I imagine but it's still a lot of fun.

Probably the only thing thats mildly annoying about this game is part placement when it comes to repairs. It expects the parts that are replaced to usually be at 100% so say if you place it on the other side where one didn't need to be replaced but all the parts you replaced are in working condition, it still wants you to swap them around even if you have a new part there its just on the other side of the car. Also the list of parts could have a simplified mode where it compacts the list into numbers of the same part for the sake of sanity when purchasing a bunch of parts at once. Maybe that already exists and I glossed over it but if it doesn't, a feature like that would be extremely appreciated.

This game is great and at times will frustrate you to the point you might strip a cars entire suspension all to find one part but it's incredibly satisfying finishing a repair on an extremely damaged vehicle. I recommend buying this game if you have a mild interest in automotives and/or you love tinkering with things.
