If Steam had a third option for a mixed review, I'd give one here.

Can't recommend at full price, at a discount... maybe?
There is a lot of potential here, but at the game's current state it's rough. The gameplay loop gets repetitive quick, Kelly's... mostly useless and for how integral cars are here, they feel like driving on ice (Especially Quinzo), the story also feels shallow. My another gripe is with how perps in cars have ridiculous grip and are almost impossible to derail from their path.
What I did actually like was the 80's theme they went with, the graphics and the soundtrack. Personally I didn't encounter many bugs (At least so far)
I'll finish getting 100% achievements and put the game away, maybe until there's more achievements/content
