I had zero clue what I was getting into when I downloaded this.

This demo extremely unique, very interesting and done quite well. The game will be an instant buy when it comes out.

Silksong is what I wanted after seeing Hornet in Hollowknight.

The design of this game is beautiful, the challenges rough, and the movement fun.

I absolutely love that a lot of the feel from the old game is still there, just reimagined and done in a way that is unique to Hornet and Pharloom. People are complaining just how difficult this game is, and I honestly did need to move away from some fights to get stronger before attempting them again, but that is the beauty of this game. If I was stuck, I was sure I missed something to make it better, and that was always the case. This game punishes you for mistakes, but it is recoverable most of the time, and the grind to get through some stuff was far from the worst. I believe, for me, the hardest thing was the true final boss.

This game is fantastic, and if you love hollowknight but wanted more, I'm sure you'll enjoy this game.

Honestly? Where to start.

This game is a lot of fun, I've sunk over 150 hours in the short time that is has been out.
It was a bit rocky at launch, but they've smoothed things out and taken critical feedback about the balance of the game, and did tweak things to make it a overall interesting experience.

Then, the Sony incident. While it wasn't handle the best, they definitely stepped up to the plate and rectified the situation to the best of their abilities. They did as best as they could, and personally, that's all I could ask.

Great devs, great game, definitely worth the money and investment.
