This feels WAY more like silent hill than Silent Hill f did 🤣😂👍 good shi capcom

My favorite shop management sim. No annoying cleaning minigames, no robberies, no stress.

it has a lot of charm while still being a little rough around the edges which honestly just adds more charm.

I LOVE the fact that in order to get certain things you literally have to go out of bounds and wander around in the liminal landscapes outside of the main map, it's really cool

This game does have a lot going for it

BUT

PAY TO WIN/EASE OF LIFE DLC. BIG YIKES. (Loud and loaded) Easily allows separation of money from trash and coins with the "new" money gun. Devs even admitted they were waiting for the console release to release it too, confirming they just want to milk their playerbase

there is little to no automation. Everything is done by hand. Isn't too bad for the first couple hours but when you are counting billions of dollars in 3 different currencies it's just too much.

Working with the "best" money sorter is just plain awful. it can only hold a couple handfuls of bills, you can stack a large pile on top and that works but it's extremely annoying to try and press the buttons when you can't see anything. Not to mention you have to constantly refill the tape and sort multiple times through the machine, once to separate yen/usd/euros and then again to actually sort the different values.

I have played a lot of these factory games

This is a great one, probably one of the best I've played

HOWEVER

it does have a lot of things holding it back.

Conveyers are very inconsistent size wise and can lead to frustrations in placement and upgrading existing lines.

even with the biggest cave size, there is very little room to do much of anything.

Progression feels very unbalanced

It becomes very bothersome to fix routing issues and redesign large areas of the factory late game

Game is good but the Steven mechanic is so stupid.
why am I being punished for having a life?
I'm not going to be late for work for some stupid cat game just so they can justify adding a mid Mr. Resetti reference
Maybe just save where the combat left off? Maybe don't tell me I can save and exit at any time?

Wish I could give a mixed review.

A fun game brought down by a lot of annoyance.

Time limit is very short leading to extreme feelings of repetition.

Upgrades are extremely underwhelming, generally a huge issue with incremental games as a whole.

Text bubbles that are just always in the way, controls feel bad.

Puzzles are infant easy.

There really isn't much to the creepy factor, feels like an afterthought.

Played for a little over an hour and don't think I will ever play again
