...upgrade to 128tick European Server(64 tick for a competitive game in year 2017 is just totally retarded)
...stop adding useless skins which don't add anything to the game
...add real content like like an additional co op mode or UNRANKED MATCHMAKING (for newbies or some casual mm player)
...start communicating with your playerbase or atleast with the proffesional players
...accept that Counter-Strike is your son who made steam popular in the first place so start careing about him and don't drop him and milk him until only dust and bones are left
