It's imperium galactica, same game from 1997 but it works without having to mess around. it uses dos box to emulate the platform this game was originally developed for. this is a really good 4x game even thouht i played it for a long time, coming back to it i had my arse handed to me for the first few hours. its not complicated but its not easy but it is a really good space x game. Once you get past the poor resolution you might enjoy the game. also set the res to default rather than desktop.
