Day 50:

Joined when plague star event was
about to start. Didn't do much of the star chart and got a lot of forma from the event. Started grinding for a few weeks, hit MR 20 and mainly play a lot on the weekends now to give time for other games.

(I Love this game 10/10)

An Enjoyable Journey That Sparked My Interest Again

After a long and unforgettable grind, I’ve officially 100% completed Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on Expert mode and I can confidently say this game is something truly special.

For a while, I found myself drifting away from most new and old games, sticking to casual time-passers with friends and feeling unmotivated to dive deep into single-player adventures. Expedition 33 changed that. It reignited my passion for turn-based RPGs and storytelling driven games in a way I hadn’t felt in years.

The gameplay was challenging yet rewarding, the narrative pulled me into longer sessions than I planned, and the emotional connection I developed with certain characters was beautifully done not forced, but earned.

Thanks to Expedition 33, my backlog just got a lot more exciting. I’m now diving into other titles like Metaphor and Persona, driven by the same sense of wonder and motivation this game sparked in me.

If you’ve been feeling burnt out on gaming or unsure where to turn next, this game might be the one to pull you back in. A must-play for anyone who appreciates meaningful stories, strategic gameplay, and unforgettable journeys.

TL;DR:
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 reignited my love for single-player and turn-based games. Incredible story, rich characters, and deeply rewarding gameplay. If you've lost your spark for gaming this is the one to bring it back.
