Please help me resolve a cup issue, the support is not answering.

I joined with my Team, "Levo eSports" Players Bau5tii ; Avero ; Ninooo ; kevox ; parasemix ; Primeee ( standin, not selected in lineup ) we were in the tournament at 13.00 today but 30 minutes after we were out. Why did we get kicked from the tournament!

I joined the cup when there were only 13/32 teams in and I just bought 3 months of premium! This is ridiculous! I want the slot for my team back or you refund me the premium because this is a joke! We joined way earlier than other teams and then get dropped for no reason! I talked to admin sequ and he can not help me so please resolve this immediateley I expect to be playing the cup today since some of my mates changed their plans and even got a sick day just for this cup!
