This is an adventure dungeon crawler. You don't play it for the combat. You don't play it for the RPG elements. You play it to explore an expansive dungeon in a beautiful and atmospheric world. I looked through the negative reviews for about 30 minutes, the only reason they don't like the game is because of the combat.

Combat takes up like 10% of the game, the other 90% you are adventuring and admiring how well this game looks. The music is perfect, and it's criminal that people buy this and expect more action.

This is a chill game, 100% reccomend. You will get lost, but that's part of the fun. The atmosphere is unbeatable. It's a spiritual successor to Kingsfield 4, which is almost unbeatable in terms of atmosphere. If you have the money, and want a chill game, this is the one for you.

Fun but some P2W aspects can be annoying (pets), recommend dropping $5 for the auto loot (it's very helpful and supports the solo developer). Premium currency can easily be earned by F2P players. Great game! :D

Super fun on release

New update revamped a lot of the existing systems and turned the game into more of a grind-fest. Limiting the amount of powers you can get during a run is a questionable choice from the developers. Achievement based buffs for each character were removed in favor of a sort of "talent system" which, in my opinion, is absolute trash.

If you plan on buying, don't, if you're a returning player, don't.
