10/10 OST, the puzzles - along with interactions with the Author, especially at the end of the game - are just programming genius, and needless to say the artistic direction overall is just next-level.

This is a game I've been craving for for a long time and now I got it on sale I wonder why I didn't buy it full price earlier because this game is PERFECT. Depending on how you wanna play it, the difficulty of this sandbox game is more or less high, it can be a bit tricky at the beginning although the mechanics are pretty intuitive.

You can play as a lone wolf and wander your own way across the different cities of the game, or you can build your outpost and lead a whole team of survivalists who can work for you.

Needless to say, you might not go berserk 1v10 against a full squad of feral mercenaries 20 min into the game (or not at all whatever playtime you've been on), the level-grinding forces you to play realisticly and if you play carefully you will eventually overcome the game's toughness that might make you say "f*** this game!" several times after being eaten alive by fog-aliens or captured for simply not agreeing with a city guard.

The old PC games atmosphere and the soundtrack are a huge DELIGHT.

Overall, after 12 hours into the game I just finished establishing my outpost and now I have to destroy it because I realized it was in the middle of nowhere.

Mechanics are very complicated and on the other hand very limited. The concept was supposed to be very simple but the handling needs quite some time to be acquired which makes the escape concept quite long to be actually felt. I expected a lot more vegetation assets and less man-made structures, you will clearly use 10% of them. Terraforming is insanely hard in this one. I got it on sale so i don't regret this hour-long escape though.
