While technically not my first Warhammer game, it's the first one to really grab my attention as I am somewhat late to the universe of 40K. But overall the game feels good in terms of gameplay and style, really get to feel like a powerful Space Marine dealing with riffraff with ease, but also challenging when it needs to be. The game is similar in a sense with Vermintide II of playing well makes missions go by fast, but messing up in certain spots creates issues that not everyone could pull through at the worst of times.

A game that makes players rely relatively highly on communication between squads to make progress in winning a battle. I've had my fair share of steamrolls on either side and a good amount of hard fought games and pulling off those last minute captures is very rewarding. Even though I don't believe I've directly been affected by it, the game does suffer from a number of hackers and such in a game where it can be already difficult to find the enemy it can make the game unplayable for others.
