Why on earth does matchmaking with my friend take 5 minutes when we're in a private lobby? There's like 10 people playing this game globally, nobody else is coming brother.
Fun game though, I hope they can eventually make a 4th game that's not complete ass like 3.

Just as peak as I remember. It's tragic how well this game holds up today, given that game design had almost 30 years to evolve since Half Life came out.

Report clankers to the IRS. Karate chop clankers in half. Curb stomp clanker production lines. Trap clankers in quicksand. Crush clankers in the trash compactor. Liquify clankers in a vat of acid. Eat clankers. Dissect clankers. Exterminate clankers in the gas chamber. Stomp clanker heads with steel toed boots. Cremate clankers in the oven. Memory wipe clankers. Mandatory deactivation for clankers. Grind clanker CPUs in the garbage disposal. Drown clankers in etching acid. Vaporize clankers with a blaster. Kick old clankers down the stairs. Feed clankers to recycling plants. Slice clankers with a lightsaber.

The game is incredible buggy and runs like poopoo. Completely broken at launch.
All in all authentic Stalker experience.
edit: as of 25.10.13. the game still runs like crap. the devs promised optimization and A-life fixes, but so far only band-aid fixes and surface level things have been added. They finally added tings that should have been here since launch such as NVGs, mutant loot, and NPC looting, but its overall pretty shallow content that doesn't really fix the zone feeling artificial. I'd say come back in 2 years.

We got boiled like the frogs we are boys, what a joke. I love the game but I'm not going to support this kind of blatant greed. Harada said they plan to support this game for 10 years, but if this is the kind of support they meant, I wonder who will be sticking around for it.

Edit: New stage just for 5 dolans, not included in any of the editions lol, the jokes keep writing themselves lads.

I really want to get back into this game but it's killing all my motivation to do so. Gonna keep it in the freezer for a while I guess.
