Looked forward to play this game, I love games with a lot builds and possibilities, but getting lag spikes of 800 ping every damn seconds makes the game UNPLAYABLE.

I can play Dota 2 and Overwatch just right, I shouldn't have problems with PoE, plus the game is Online only, you can't play the game Offline.

Can't recommend something that's unplayable, sorry.
