I'm not sure this qualifies as even Early Access. This is basically in gray box stage. They should've given this game a lot more time to cook before sending it out for early access. It is not currently worth the $25 price, but hopefully it will be in a year or two.

Fun and challenging city builder. Some slow spots in the progression curve. All of your choices feel rewarding.

A fantastic game with plenty of depth and lots of charm.
