This game has mostly bad reputation in the community, but i believe it was amazing, from Ryuji Goda, to the silly physics, to the great story.

While Kiwami 1 doesn't live up to Yakuza 0 in my opinion, i believe this is still a masterpiece as well. The way RGG Studios managed to bring back the game to life and make it better a decade after is honestly amazing, alongside all the new stuff they added like the Majima Everywhere system. While i do feel like most of the scenes felt a bit bland and empty compared to let's say Y0 because most of the scenes are a 1:1 recreation from the original PS2 game, that didn't really change my viewing of the game in general, and consider it great. This is a must have.

Absolute cinema.
