new killer buffs: hooks were overrated, we have guns now

They did so many things right with this chapter like the asthetics, but the killer is 99% of a chapter. And unfortunately, he is possibly the most unfun and annoying killer to play against killer right next to Freddy. I really hope they fix his problems soon cuz at the moment, his power is only good for tunneling and camping.
