Comparing this game with Dying Light 1:
The developers have tried to innovate in aspects of the game from the first one and have completely missed the target.

- Only host can progress, I finished the whole game with a friend hosting and therefore my character is still stuck on the first mission. This creates issues with tools unlocked during the campaign.
- Parkour, feels clunky and much worse than the first as they have tried to make it more complex.
- Combat certainly is better than DL1.
- Full of bugs, had to restart multiple times because of locked progession.

All in all I can't recommend the game, maybe wait when it's very cheap. Do not play the game if you want to play Co-op.
