Could be a fun game but its a pretty janky port. Prepare for terrible controls which can be quite motion sickness inducing at times. You cant interact with 95% of the items you see. Grabbing things is terrible and often dont work correctly. Also sometimes its pretty unclear what you have to do or with what things you can interact at all to progress in some levels. Not really fun finding it out with the janky movement controls. It also has tons of bugs. At some passages you have to jump to reach higher areas but the climbing is pretty glitchy aswell. You glitch through walls or platforms or just fall down again all the time because the unpreciese movement and small platforms.

Ubisoft added achievements recently which made me play this game now. Sadly in its current state it cant be completed with 100%. They added achievements for DLC content which isnt playable anymore. Also the Desmond mssions cant be accesed normally. There is a fix by loading an old depot version but if you got the game and DLCs a decade ago and never played it, like me, you cant even activate the DLC key in Ubisoft Connect anymore, which is needed to apply the fix. You just get an "invalid key" error. Was able to play the Desmond missions but not the Lost Archives.

Dont even bother with UBI support. Its like talking to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and they wasted severall hours of my time without providing a fix. After providing all the data they asked me for i got this nice reply.

"We’re sorry to hear that you’re unable to activate the DLCs for Assassin’s Creed Revelations.

Unfortunately, since the game has been decommissioned, the DLC and the ULC are no longer available and cannot be reactivated.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Still they are selling the DLCs here on steam.

Cant give a recommendation for this broken mess.
Horrible lazy remaster. Calling this "Definitive" is the biggest joke. And not even a funny one.

Player radio station is completely missing from the game. Like the textures of the gameworld in severall places.
The pop-in of severall world objects is horrible when driving. Flying is even worse and everything turns into a blurry mess sometimes for a few seconds.
Also you can see small world object like small stones, bushes and other stuff floating in the air everywhere.

Have fun doing the quarry missions. When you have to drop the dead cop into the water, he glitched through the truck severall times and landed on the ground when lifting the bed. This fails the mission because you cant move him anymore.

Had some fun in GTA 3 DE and VC DE with some minor "new" bugs but the ♥♥♥♥ going on in San Andreas is unacceptable. I dont remember it being this bad in the original.

Really bad DLC. For 6€ you get one mission. Only playable with a new character. All cards you collected so far are useless in this DLC. You start in a little arena and have to fight enemies until you die. The cards in your deck are really bad. Once in a while you get support in form of new and better cards but you have to collect them on the battlefield. After collecting them they can be drawn as normal but often the enemies are just faster and you cant get the cards.

The rewards are pretty bad compared to the survival-mode from the base game. Like 2cards + 1500 in this one compared to like 10cards + 7000 in survival mode in the same amount of time.

The gameplay is really boring too. Just because you have only one character and the enemies are mostly 3-5 and you have to watch them all the time to wait for your turn.

I was aware of the most things but bought it because some achievements are tied to this.
And here comes the worst thing of all at least for achievement hunter. You have to kill 1000 Enemies in this annoying mission in total.
I killed 26 enemies in my first run .... but the achievement counter says 21. Some enemies got killed by the support-drop and probably they are not adding to the achievement. So i have to repeast this 48times. Nice ....

Should be part of the main game .....

Only recommended for achievement hunter in my opinion. Wait for a sale. :P
