Love this game, had tons of fun 3 staring every event.

Awful experience.

Firstly, for anyone that is going to play this game, there are TWO bars in weston. Had myself thinking the game was bugged because I kept taking deliveries and showing up at the first bar with no package.

The energy gauge looks like it's supposed to be the gas gauge. Was confused why my car wasn't filling up gas, but turns out it was my energy. I eventually got soft locked because when I went to the pile of wood before the tunnel, I got out of my vehicle and it clipped me into the pile of wood, causing me to freeze to death. Best part? When I respawned my truck was ON TOP of the pile of wood....

Game needs more polish and probably better direction. I Googled more in the first 30 minutes of this game than other entire game playthroughs.

I remember playing one of the games in this series on my iPod as a kid. Soundtrack is short, but there a few decent songs on there. Tracks are fun and the hydrojets are cool and you can customize the colors and performance. Still really fun and pretty unique since it's a water racer. Picked it up on sale and it's definitely worth playing

Must play title. Visuals are stunning and story was great to progress through. Waypoint system is genius, with wind guiding your way - really well done.
Sometimes you'll be riding along a path and you just have to stop and look at the visual work from this team.

Kidding, but this game is a great release for this year. Developers know how to work with UE5 as well, performance is excellent and the game looks fantastic. My favourite extraction shooter I've played by far.

I'm really enjoying this game so far.
I want to thank the developers for putting out a demo. I was initially unsure if I would like the game, downloaded and played over an hour of the demo, then decided I definitely wanted the game and purchased it.

This game cares so much about small details and you can really get creative. Unlike other city building games I've played recently, it gives you so much more freedom. I love how the effort you put into decorating is rewarded as well, it's not just for show.

Overall game is in a good starting position.
Colors, vegetation, car sounds, tire sounds are all very realistic looking/sounding. Love how spectators or photographers jump out onto the road and run back. Smoke looks good too.

FFB is different from a lot of games I've played. It really focuses on what would come through the wheel in a real car, unlike most game that try and simulate a lot of suspension and tire effects into it as well. With base shakers front and rear on my rig I find them very very useful for this title because of this.

My opinion on things that need fixing:

We really need to see more freedom in the controls. Why can't I have both my paddles on my wheel as gear up and gear down, along with my sequential shifter? Some cars are paddle and some are sequential stick... I wouldn't want to change them in settings every time. I also can't bind my neutral switch... because there's no option to assign anything for that device. Just let all the inputs be bindable by multiple things and with no locks

The game also doesn't auto hide your mouse cursor. So sometimes it'll just get stuck in the middle of my screen and that's really annoying.

Would also like to see more camera customization. Why is my distance limited to 10? Let me go closer to the dashboard.

In order for this game to rival/dethrone RBR, it really requires community support on full launch (mods). The reason RBR is as popular as it is, is because the vast variety and length of the stages. It's not uncommon to have championships based on a 100km+ map, which keeps people from just memorizing the stages. Remember that the current stages in this game max out at 11km I believe. Nowhere near enough to compete with RBR in that sense and people will (or already have) memorized the stages.
RBR also has customizable callouts.

I've greatly enjoyed this game so far. Physics have a 'dated' feel but that's the point.
Takes a bit to get used to be you'll pick it up in no time and be setting good times without crashing.

Has a great charm to it!

I bought the game for $4 CAD on sale and beat it.

It's clearly a lower budget game (AA) but it's pretty fun. the gunplay is pretty good, story is decent, visuals are nice.

Only thing that bugged me is that some of the enemies are total bullet sponges. I would only reccommend on sale personally.
