It *WAS* an amazing game, no compromise, realism if you can handle it. You are as good at this game as you CAN be. There is no hand holding, you either are GOOD or you fail.


Until now, the developers are censoring my game, our game. Because console money is more important than treating the community that MADE you well. Gotta chase ALL the money. Not your own actual community, just ALL the money.

I originally purchased this for the GBA. That should tell you exactly how long I've been a fan of this series.

Played it to completion MANY times on that platform, and have bought it in nearly all the iterations on every platform I've had since.

This is without a doubt the definitive edition to experience this storytelling classic in.

If you're a fan of point and click puzzle games in the style of Loom, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis and Monkey Island - The classic Lucasarts standouts - This will feel like the natural evolution of that format.

This is and has remained in my top 10 games for a very long time, and is still there.

Also, as an aside. Revolution Software JUST released a patch for this last night \ this morning May 29-30th of 2025.
A game that as I said, I played on the ORIGINAL GAME BOY ADVANCED. This is a game that should have by all rights been abandoned by now. Yet they still are supporting it and making it better.

Needless to say yes, I recommend it.

As to the content of the game itself, it is possibly one of the if not the best 4 player co-op horde shooters ever, right up there with the greatest of the L4D franchise and Arrowhead should be proud.

It's just as hard as its reputation says. But once you get the hang of it, this game is a blast!
