The Dead Space Remake improves on the 2008 version in virtually every way: The story leads up to Dead Space 2 (especially with the Secret Ending), the USG Ishimura is one complete location, open for exploration and back-tracking through-out the game, 3 side quests have been introduced to shed more light on things that were happening as the necromorph outbreak was going down, and Gunnar Wright reprises his role as Isaac himself! Having Isaac be fully voiced with voice lines that come up during calls and interactions with other characters gives Isaac better characterization than in Dead Space (2008).

I'm looking forward to seeing a Dead Space 2 Remake and curious to see if we can finally get a Dead Space 3!

This game has had ups and downs throughout it's history on Steam and other platforms, but it has one of the most solid gun play mechanics of ANY game I've played and I always enjoy the new content they push out for the expansions and seasons.

Much better to play with friends and a clan rather than solo.

This game's co-op multiplayer is massively fun, especially with friends. The campaign is great so far, I've had next to 0 performance issues. People complaining about the monetization don't realize that most of the cosmetics are found in the game via vendors and pattern fabrication, the vendors even have Legendary outfits.

The Challenge cards for the initial 6 heroes are already unlocked and completing them provide credits that can be used towards the future Challenge cards released with the FREE Heroes (All of them are free). Not to mention future content is also free. Great purchase, looking forward to seeing what the developers do next.

I'm gonna say the same thing I said on Metacritic:

A fun mix of God of War, Uncharted, and Dark Souls all wrapped up in a Star Wars Metroidvania. Tight and responsive combat, with higher difficulties adjusting damage received and shorter parry windows, make the game as challenging as you’d like at any time.

It’s good to have a great Star Wars single-player experience after the controversy of Battlefront II. Respawn really hit this one out of the park
