Played this game early after The Drifter was dropped, was my hook for the game. The game itself is fun, but it's held back IMMENSELY by it's janky animation and game feel. The hits feel weightless, the animation is awfully amateur making it generally un-fun to look at. Outside it's guest characters, it really doesn't pull any reason to play it instead of it's contemporaries like Brawlhallla/Slapcity/Rivals Of Aether.

It's fun, if you wanna play the drifter, it's a good game, but needs a balls load of polish

If you enjoyed the N+ series you should definitely grab this game, beautifuly slick platforming with a touch of combat here and there, a super chill sound track that you can easily zone out to and spend hours on one level. SS ranking a level doesn't feel like a chore it feels like a welcomed challenge and the sense of acomplishment you get from doing it is amazing and never gets old. While the level selection is techincally "open ended" the learning curve thoughtfully eases you into getting a grip of the controls, to plowing through levels, to getting you first SS rank, and to trying to flawless every level beyond that.

Just over all a great game, really enjoyable and a definite cop for anyone lookihng for a fast paced classic platformer with a modern touch of personality.
