Warframe
I started this game in 2016. What more can I say that hasn't already been said. It is the best example of a free to play game. The gameplay is extremely satisfying and there are always plenty of ways to play so nothing ever gets old. I spent money on this game not because I need to but because of the amazing skins available. It is a meme in the community that fashion is endgame and I can attest to that. I have spent hours staring at the customization menu just because I want to get the perfect look at suits my taste. Highly recommend to give this one a try even once.

Neptunia Series
NEPNEPNEPNEPNEP!! Weirdly enough, I actually bought this game back in 2015 becaue of the cards. You can get insane returns buying the booster pack. I only really played this later on just because a friend also played and ... I have changed ever since then. My love for turn based games came back thanks to this. Gameplay is not for everyone, JRPGs are notoriously grindy but this one just clicked for me. Also a lot of my early artworks are nep related.

Aura Kingdom
A friend got me into this game. This was my first MMORPG. It was also around 2013, the golden the time i just started watching anime so this was an instant click to me. I love the animations and also love how hands off this game can be. This was also the game that made me appreciate customization. There was so many skins and the amount of combos you can make was just endless. Played for this from 2013 up to late 2020, I stopped because of another game I will talk about later. Unfortunately, I think this game is no longer on steam. Not that I plan to get back to this anyway. It was good back when I started playing but I don't think I'd be playing it again.

Shadowverse
This cursed card game was my first exposure to gacha. Ever since then I have fallen from grace and can no longer play a game without that sweet lootbox! But jokes aside, it was indeed my first exposure to gacha mechanics and it was also my first card game. I didn't really think I'd like this one but I really got into it. This got me sweating really hard just to get the best deck for rank. Never again though. Heard this game is already dead anyway. Thank you for the experience but you will not be missed

Nekopara
The big ONE. This was my first ever Visual Novel and what got me into the genre in the 2010s. Definitely didn't play VNs because I had a craptop and can't play real games. This was also the game that made me famous I guess. My first waifu also came from this game . I only really played up to EXTRA. l haven't really played any of the newer games because I have a real PC now. Why would I play VNs when I can finally play real games now?? Still gonna buy any of the new games and leave jokes reviews tho

Azur Lane
Azuren! I have quitted this game recently marking the end of my 7 year journey with the game. Prior to quitting, I got all of the units (except Blanc from the Neptunia Collab, I will forever be scarred with this). I never really though I'd love this game when I started. I jokingly just set my username there "Ligmaballs" instead of my usual "Daikunshuu" thinking I was gonna be playing for a month tops. How that 1 month turned to 7 years... But as much as I love the aesthetics and the concept of this game, the game never really adapted. The grind was just insane, idk how I managed to stay despite being miserable with the grind. Probably sunk cost as I have spent some money in the game too. But I just had enough with it. It will forever remain in my heart as one of the most memorable games I have played. Probably will wait for a modern remake if that ever happens.

Genshin Impact
Oh boy. This is probably the biggest mistake I have made in my life. Back in the big year 2020, I thought to myself Azur Lane is probably the only Gacha game I will play. But this game came out and the hype for it was just insane. I didn't really get it at first but all of my friends just stated playing it and I was still using my craptop so I just thought it will probably be too much for it to handle. I just had to let my curiosity get me and now. I am forever changed. Gacha is love, gacha is life. Aura Kingdom was uninstalled because of this! I spend monthy on this! I even played the turn based Honkai Star Rail also by Hoyovese thanks to this. I Other than Warframe, this is the only game on the list I still actively play. I have spend an ungodly amount on this ♥♥♥♥ game and now I cannot quit because I will feel I just wasted all the money I have spent... Now I have to see this journey to the end. Well played gacha well played. I still pretty much enjoy the story and music. Hoyoverse is certainly unbeatable in terms of those. DO NOT try this game no matter what. This game is damn suffering if you ever get too deep into it.

Honorable mention
-DOTA 2. The reason why I created Steam was thanks to this game. I have met a lot of my friends thanks to this game too. Also the reason I had such ♥♥♥♥ grades in college but it made going to school more enjoyable because I know I can play this ♥♥♥♥ game after class. Thanks GABEN!
