Ingredients:
1 Baguette
200 grams of Tartare
Truffel mayonaise
parmasian cheese
salt
pepper/white pepper (your preference)
some green spices to your preference (basil, oregano, thyme, ect)

your gonna need:
a cutting board
a toaster
To wash your hands

Step 1:
Slice your bagguette and toast it.

Step 2:
Use your hands to mix the tartare with some truffel mayonaise, salt and pepper.

Step 3:
Divide your tartare into the same amount of slices of bread.

Step 4:
When your bread is toasted (crunchy, no/barely soft) place the pieces of tartare on it.

Step 5:
Add some of your prefered spices on top of the tartare (not too much) and add some graded parmasian cheese on it.
