(have recently changed my review to positive because of single player being that fun, but my stance below still stands true)
I have been playing this game for 25 hours in solo with no problems. However as soon as I got some friends on board we had tons of issue that made the game unplayable. I do understand the current age of this game development and it may need more time to cook. Regardless I cant recommend multi-player due to these issues

-players being COMPLETELY invisible.
-being unable to change weapons and shoot unless I access a loot able item
-rig being removed before raid leaving me only the option to extract.
-glitchy and actually seizure inducing flickering animation requiring a restart.

These issues happened in three raids resulting in upset friends and refunds. Solo I had only had the flickering issue sometimes. This game is going to be great and IMO at 18 bucks on sale its well worth the solo experience but be cautious if multi-player is your intention.

Heavy frame drops on quest 3 on both link and Virtual desktop. No temporary fixes or future fixes. super frustrating
