The backgrounds make it very difficult to determine which parts are background and which are platforms. The controls are also very sluggish. I was looking for quick platformer action but the character moves like a slug.

I loved the aesthetic though

This game is the only top down game I've ever enjoyed. Simple controls, fantastic music, and tons of blood make for a very fun experience. I'm not even afraid of dying anymore.
