CS2 is currently a huge disappointment. Valve has lost control: official servers are full of bots and cheaters, the server browser is outdated and flooded with fake Russian servers. The ranking system is slow and makes no sense, and the Premier mode is completely overrun by cheaters – high rating matches are just Hack vs Hack. If you want to play fair, you're forced to use Faceit, because VAC is ineffective.

Technical issues include: teleporting players, broken animations, delayed hit feedback, buggy smokes, ramp movement glitches, and more. Key game modes like Retakes, Danger Zone, or Surf are still missing or broken.

Valve’s top priority? Microtransactions and gambling – those always work perfectly.
