Finally, I can put down the badly-optimised RealMyst: Masterpiece Edition from a few years beforehand and play one of the definitive games from my childhood with the most glamorous coat of modern-day sheen out there. I will never get tired of revisiting that same beautiful void that Douglas Adams spoke so highly of.

Side note, I also own the standalone Quest version, which is a good time as well, albeit let down somewhat by some texture bugs, the occasional motion control not quite registering, and the fact that the hand tracking controls are awful. That said, I haven't tried the desktop version via Quest Link yet, so I can't say for certain how different it is. But the fact that Cyan are still giving updates to this version of Myst does give me confidence.
