EDIT: Giving it some more time, I find that I can not look past the glaringly awful ending and have adjusted my recommendation accordingly. I'm sorry. You made Bad Art. Fix it or do better.

I'm going to give a positive review because the gameplay is just THAT good.

However.

HOWEVER.

It's not often you see a game with this much promise miss the mark so spectacularly, fail to stick the landing and just f******g beefs it in front of millions of people.
Just one of the biggest narrative letdowns I've ever seen in my life. God.

It's fine. unranked games are dominated by sniper rifle quickscopes so it's not my jam but if you like sweaty counterstrike this has some fun ideas

It's a small game that needs a bit more meat on its bones (a few more upgrade paths would be nice) but it looks clean, it's a fun take on the genre and considering it's a one man team it deserves some eyes on

Genuinely an underrated game imo.
I think the biggest problem I had with it originally is that you have far fewer stealth options initially, something I was so used to from the Dishonored games.
The thing is that trying to rely on *just* stealth is a great way to optimize the fun out of it, and you should instead embrace the chaos and go loud. Itt's a time loop; nothing matters anyway. There's so much fun to be had here and it deserves to be up there with dishonored as one of Arkane's best.
