A mostly satisfying conclusion to the new God of War series. The gameplay is much more enjoyable and has many quality of life improvements to the "first" game. Seeing Kratos' emotional and gratifying "end" to his story is nice. *spoilers* adding a 3rd weapon type halfway through the game surprised and excited me a ton and kept me engaged and otherwise without it the last act of the game would have dragged on a bit gameplay wise.

My only complaint is some of the Atreus sections were boring and felt somewhat pointless. I felt like his story with angraboda or however you spell it was intentionally vague so they can make a game about him but I just didn't care a ton to begin with. And I heard recently that they cancelled some GOW games currently in development so who knows if we will see his story arc finished. Sequel bait if you will.

Is this game perfect? No.

But for me personally I wouldn't take back a minute playing it. The expansive world and hundreds of ways to play make for an unforgettable experience.

Trees are the #1 threat to viking civilization.
Trolls are #2 they knock over the trees.
10/10 would die to trees more than anything else again.

Asides from rocky launches, it provides a way for players to play halo the master chief collection on the PC. Something Halo fans have dreamed about since day one. Complain about it as you will with the issues over the years but porting four games from three different console generations into one cohesive platform is a real difficult thing to do. And the developers deserve at least a measure of praise for trying and succeeding in many areas.

I won't dive deep into gameplay or personal issues with the game. Aside from the fact that matchmaking can be troublesome in different ways.

Get your Halo fix for cheap and select the ones you like to experience over others.

Until Halo Infinite comes out. Be greatful to game developers. It's a harder job than some imagine.

Not for anyone who enjoys faster paced games but the beauty of a slow cooker.

If I have to tell another ignorant fool that this game is better than Fallout 4 I will actually die on the spot.

Yes yes YES!! Almost 7 hours in and I am extremely satisfied!

About 2 years ago I bought the alpha because that by itself looked simply amazing and revolutionary. I am now 7% complete with the story mission and have very little to complain about. The story has kept me interested a lot of characters lack depth but rarely humor. Dialouge is actually kind of fun and will leave you laughing.(Just remember your ABCs cobalt) The developers are AMAZING, they are helpful, answered my questions personally, and even played with me WUT!? Many thought this game was abandoned for a long period of time, but its my guess they were spending that time adding the LOADS of content that is in game now.

I played probably 50+ hours of the alpha and know a lot about the multi player, survival, team strike etc. Am excited to explore the new features and additions. Despite probably a crash or two every hour the alpha was a fun experience by itself which should say something. Oh and if you have a gamepad USE IT, the keyboard controls are extremely bizzare especially if you are a newblett. Oh and a side note on that game pad controls are changed from the alpha, and they are much easier to use.

The game has a story that seems well put together, and it feels like the three or so man dev team actually cares about the backstorys, lore, etc. The mystery has kept me playing, but for the love of my foot IM GETTING SICK OF THE SAME STUPID COMPUTER BOSS FIGHT, im not kidding I WILL KICK MYSELF IF I HAVE TO FIGHT THAT FRIKIN COMPUTER AGAIN. 3rd times the charm devs, change it up a little.

Expect to feel like a complete mlg rekt blazit noscope proscope oh baby a triple double, backfliping slowmotion maniac, in the multiplayer, which needs some connection issues fixed, it feels laggy and slow curently.

So um yeah buy it,
