Early Access Review
This game is just too good and addicting. 15€ well spent. A shooter that is all about fun, no microtransactions or bs.

While browsing Steam 2 days ago I stumbled upon Life is Strange, a game I've heard good things about but never got to play it, until yesterday. I noticed the first episode (out of five) was free so I decided to try it and I liked it so I bought the other episodes. The visuals are pretty good, the soundtrack is excellent and the story is very thought provoking and it really hits you sometimes. Without too many spoilers: you're a girl who just moved to Arcadia Bay, a town in Ontario, and one day you find out you have the power to rewind time and so you start investigating a mystery in the town.
The game places a heavy focus on your decisions, which you can usually change by rewinding time, mechanic which you discover how it works as you go. The choices you have to make can be very difficult, it has some very good bits which can make you cry and some interesting twists in the narrative, which is it's strongest point despite a satisfying but not as excellent ending(s, yep there's multiple endings and different paths you can take) and overall a good game which will make you think about your actions, how they affect the world around you and how dangerous manipulating time can be.
My only complaint would be a couple of bugs that I encountered and the fact the game was designed more for a controller than mouse and keyboard but none of the problems are a deal breaker and in fact easily ignored.
I give it an 9/10, definitely recommend trying the first episode to see if you like it.
