Thanks to the drama caused by a fake screenshot for reminding me to put a positive review for this game, because it's cool and fun and good and I really thought I already left a review so there buy this game it's nice and awesome it's like an MMO except you don't have to pay monthly and also if it was good

Playing the demo for half an hour convinced me to buy the game, playing the game for two hours convinced me it's a genuine masterpiece. It's made with love and it shows!

The gameplay needs a minute to fully understand, but once you do it's incredibly fun, far more than any turn-based RPG I've ever played. The music's excellent, the beast designs are amazing, and small things like your team hyping themselves up before a big match... so good. Just, so good.

I mean, in your beastiepedia you can even look at actual concept arts of beasts you've encountered. That's how good the game is.

EDIT: Setting my review to positive, Sony backed off! I'm genuinely surprised they had the common sense to not let their golden goose die like that, but hey, we made it!


Great game, one of the best coop experiences I've ever had, and the monetisation is incredibly fair (you can earn *everything* in game just by playing, without even having to resort to tedious grinding)!

Unfortunately Sony, a publisher with an... interesting track record when it comes to cybersecurity, decided all players need a PSN account starting next month. Beyond all the concerns about having to make a PSN account and handing over personal information to Sony, players from countries where PSN doesn't operate will lose access to a game they paid for, four months ago. We're not even talking about a dozen players here, but potentially millions.

This is a terrible move from Sony, who went as far as to rewrite parts of their FAQ because nowhere did it mention this would happen. No hate on the devs, Sony is entirely at fault here and they need to cancel this decision.
