CREME DE CHOCOLATE E AVELÃS

Ingredientes:
- 2 chávenas de avelãs
- 2 c. de sopa óleo de coco
- Stevia
- 100gr de chocolate derretido (min. 70% cacau)

Preparação:
Coloque as avelãs num tabuleiro e leve ao forno a 180°C por 15min.
Ainda quentes, coloque-as num pano limpo e esfregue para sair o máximo das cascas.
Coloque as avelãs já tostadas e sem as casca num processador, junte o óleo de coco e misture durante alguns minutos.
Quando estiver a começar a formar um creme junte a Stevia e o chocolate derretido.
Continue a mexer até obter um creme suave.

Coloque num frasco de vidro e leve ao frigorífico
